Commissions are based on the value of the item. Small general merchandise is 30% and higher value items will be less. Call the Auctioneer for more details on commission rates based on your items and consignment frequency. Real Estate will be at 5%. ***Commissions may be adjusted at the discretion of the AUCTIONEER. Consignment contract will outline full details of the transaction.*** All titled items must have free and clear title in the name of the consignor, so appropriate transfer of ownership can take place.
